Welcome to the online archive of the ACUBE/AMCBT Newletter. The Newsletter was published by the Association of Midwest College Biology Teachers (AMCBT) from 1964 through 1974. In 1997, AMCBT changed its name to ACUBE, Association of College and University Biology Educators, to reflect the growth and change of membership in the organization.

We are in the process of providing access to the archives of the AMCBT/ACUBE via WWW. This project is being accomplished in three phases. Phase I involves scanning all of the official publications of the AMCBT/ACUBE into the system; this process is nearly complete. Phase II involves conversion of the material to Adobe® PDF files. Phase III of this project will involve the transfer of the archives to CD-ROM. The CD-ROM will then be made available to provide these materials to persons who may not have ready access to the WWW edition. Please be patient during this project. We are depending on volunteers to perform this work.

You can view an image of the pages of each issue on the screen. The resolution is not very high for the inline images which you will view. On each page, you will be given the option to save and print a higher resolution version of the graphics image. We encourage you to join ACUBE if you find the materials which are produced and distributed by the society useful.
